Remote Support Sessions (Anywhere with an Internet Connection)

If you’re outside my usual service areas — or simply prefer not to schedule an in‑person visit — I also offer remote support sessions. These appointments work just like an in‑person session, but we connect through secure support software instead of meeting on‑site.

Remote sessions are ideal for:

  • Email, printer, or account troubleshooting
  • Device cleanup and optimization
  • Training, coaching, and “show me how to do this” help
  • Guidance when you’re stuck and need a calm, knowledgeable voice

How Remote Support Works

  • You’ll need a stable internet connection
  • I’ll send you a one‑time link to download a small support app
  • You approve the connection on your end
  • I can see your screen and help you step‑by‑step
  • When we’re done, the session ends — I cannot reconnect without your permission

Remote support is by appointment only, just like my in‑person services. It’s a great option for clients who want quick help, live guidance, or reassurance without needing to bring a device in.
